CEO – The Elite Builder and Strategiq Advisory

Lisa has over 15 years of business and leadership experience across various roles and industries. Most recently, before commencing as the CEO of Strategiq Advisory and The Elite Builder, Lisa was the Deputy CEO of one of Australia’s leading and fastest-growing allied health businesses – The ORS Group. Some of her biggest achievements were at ORS, leading the business from 40 employees to approximately 600 within five years and turning over more than $55,000,000 annually. Her 16-year stint at ORS saw the company’s growth surge by 1400% in the last five years.

Lisa is an expert in business scaling concepts, systematisation and process development, tender writing and bid management, policy wiring, business improvement and quality management, leadership and people management. Moreover, she has extensive experience in workers compensation, workplace rehabilitation, injury management services, and work health and safety. Overall, her biggest strengths are execution and time management, which is how she continues to maintain momentum in business and in life.

In addition to her operations leadership of multiple allied health divisions, she has extensive experience leading corporate and support areas, including People and Culture, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, Property, Marketing, and Strategy and Performance. Finally, Lisa’s greatest passion is people development and effective leadership. Lisa pioneered ORS’ management development program nationally, which involved coaching over 100 leaders across all levels of the business, and she still runs this for them today. Lisa is also a coach in our group and one on one program and enjoys coaching on all aspects of leadership and management, business transformation, and personal development. However, her more recent accomplishments in the property domain make this a passion area to lead others to achieve improved wealth positions.

Lisa has studied business, leadership, and management for her entire working life, and as a result, holds a Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Certificate IV in Employment Services, a Diploma of Management, and Master of Business Administration (MBA). She is also ASIC PS16 compliant and holds a variety of certifications in management development, project management, managing occupational violence, and risk management.

Most importantly though, Lisa is a mum to her two children Zara and Brody, and wife to Daniel. She loves spending time with her family, travelling, socialising with her social circle, playing netball, and reading. Of course she doesn’t mind to dabble in property investment and development.
