With more than five years as an accountant and bookkeeper, alongside extensive experience in customer service and operational support within both accounting and financial planning environments, she offers a rare blend of technical skill and client-focused service.
Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Management Accounting, Ritchelle applies her academic foundations with precision, supporting the day-to-day delivery of Strategiq’s accounting and financial planning operations. From managing client onboarding and ensuring seamless back-office processes, to providing responsive and professional client service, Ritchelle is known for her efficiency, reliability, and consistently high standards.
Beyond her client-facing responsibilities, Ritchelle plays a key role in supporting the
executive team, assisting the CEO and General Manager with a range of
administrative and operational tasks. Her sharp eye for detail, proactive approach, and commitment to excellence underpin her contribution to the team and the business more broadly.
